BrightSteps hosted its quarterly Youth Leadership Workshop this weekend, bringing together 75 middle and high school students for a day of skills training, storytelling, and hands-on project building.
Workshops covered public speaking, conflict resolution, and goal setting. The event concluded with a teen-led panel on activism, sparking meaningful dialogue about justice, equity, and responsibility.
“We’re not just preparing leaders for tomorrow—we’re recognizing them today,” said Marcus Taylor, Operations Manager.
