BIRMINGHAM, AL — April 20, 2025
Over 120 volunteers gathered on Saturday for BrightSteps Initiative’s annual Spring Into Action clean-up day, revitalizing four school campuses and two youth centers with fresh paint, garden beds, and mural installations.
“This was about more than beautification—it was a statement of pride in our schools and neighborhoods,” said Sophia White, Community Engagement Lead.
The event was supported by local businesses and included free meals, music, and student-led performances.
